INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORK REQUESTS:
Click on below link and print two forms. Fill out both forms, one is for your records and the other should be placed in the mailbox at the clubhouse marked “Work Orders”. Or you may email the work order to nhorvat1@Yahoo.com with “Work Order” in the subject line. The work order form is to be used to request work to be done by the maintenance crew such and clearing fallen limbs in the common area. It is not to be used to order work on your private property.
INSTRUCTION FOR ARCHITECTURE CHANGE FORMS:
Click on the below link and print two forms. Use a carbon paper or fill out two sheets the same. One is for your records and the other should be emailed to Jeanne Johnson at firstname.lastname@example.org. This form is to be used to request changes to the architecture, such as changing color to trim or siding, adding fences, shingling, planting trees, etc.
