All owners in Wellington Greens Homes Association pay $210 monthly dues, which go into effect the first month of purchase.
Monthly dues cover the following:
- Individual units City of Lincoln water bill (no need to contact Lincoln Water System)
- Mowing and maintenance of our extensive park-like setting
- Care for trees, shrubs and other plants in common areas
- Annual membership to the Wellington Green Golf Course
- Maintenance of golf course
- Snow removal in commons area, including driveways
- A few social activities for residents
Dues are to be paid by the 10th of each month.
- We will charge a late fee for consistently tardy payments

Dues can be paid online with bank account on this page or by check (no cash please!).
- If paying dues by credit card through this website, please note a 3.09% processing fee will be added to cover the cost of the transaction.
- If paying dues by ACH through this website, please note a flat convenience fee of $1.68 will be added to all ACH payments to cover processing costs. To avoid this fee, you may pay by check.
