EFFECTIVE 10/1/25 - Monthly WGHA dues increasing to $210. Please remember to adjust any automatic payments with your bank effective October 1, 2025 or reach out to Barb Geiger if you have a recurring monthly payment through Wellington’s payment portal to have her update the amount for you. All owners in Wellington Greens Homes Association pay monthly dues, which go into effect the first month of purchase.
- Monthly dues cover the following:
- Individual units City of Lincoln water bill (no need to contact Lincoln Water System)
- Annual membership to the Wellington Green Golf Course – checkout GOLF on the website.
- Mowing of all commons area and golf course – Owners are responsible for mowing any grass they have behind fencing and walls.
- Snow removal in commons area, including driveways – NOT sidewalks or patios of owners.
- Maintenance of all commons area grounds and trees. Please note: Owners are responsible for the care and maintenance of all parts of their property, building and land – See Association / Covenants, Bylaws & Articles on this website for specifics.
- Dues are to be paid by the 10th of each month. A late charge plus an annual percent charge will be imposed if an owner does not respond in a timely fashion to a notice of delinquency from the Board.
- Dues can be paid online with bank account on this page or by check (no cash please!).
