Need to get some folks together for a meeting . . . our Clubhouse is the perfect place.
Whether it’s a birthday or graduation party, a wedding shower, a special family gathering or a business meeting, the Wellington Greens Clubhouse offers a comfortable place for gatherings up to 30 people. Located at 7600 Old Post Road, the main level of the clubhouse is accessible and is reached from a circular drive off of Old Post Road, just south of South Street. Some parking is available outside the door as well as along the street. The main level of the clubhouse includes a modest kitchen, an accessible bathroom, tables and chairs, a flat screened TV, and access to a small balcony. The lower level of the clubhouse includes additional bathrooms, a small gathering space and another refrigerator. There also is access to an outdoor area for picnics and gatherings.
The clubhouse may be rented by residents and non-residents of Wellington Greens.
Rent: $35 for the first three hours and $7.50 for each additional hour. Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
The reserving party shall be responsible for vacuuming and cleaning after the event.
A damage deposit of $100 is required for residents or $200 for non-residents, which will be returned after inspection of the clubhouse and there is no damage. If there is damage, the repairs or required maintenance will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the expense of repairs or maintenance, the remainder will be collected from the reserving party.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the damage deposit. This includes everyone.
The key must be returned within 24 hours of the event to the Administrative Assistant with a check for the exact amount owed. The deposit check will be returned at that time, unless damage is found.
BE AWARE:
- The golf course is not part of the rental agreement.
- All activities will be inside the clubhouse after 10:00 p.m.
- Bars must be hosted and all guests consuming alcohol must be of legal age.
- No loud or disruptive events will be permitted. The Board reserves the right to terminate events at its discretion.
- The fireplace is decorative, no fires or trash.
- The clubhouse is a smoke free facility. Smoking material is not to be thrown off the balcony.
