- If an owner wants to change any exterior feature on their unit, garage or fence, please contact the architecture committee in advance for guidance to ensure a harmonious look in the court.
- When reroofing is needed on an individual unit, if it shares a roof with another unit, reroofing needs to happen at the same time with both units. This ensures the other units roof in the same building isn't compromised. Please work with the owner in the building when reroofing is needed.
