Located at 7101 South Street within the Wellington Greens community, Sunbury Court is a cohesive enclave consisting of 12 townhome units. These residences are uniform in appearance, featuring matching exterior paint colors, roofing materials, decks, privacy fencing and garage doors on all 3 buildings—creating a harmonious and visually unified streetscape. Sunbury Court is the first court welcoming all to Wellington Greens when turning East on South St from 70th.
To add a bit of personality to each unit, owners have painted their 1st level front entries in 3 variations (see pictures below), using the courts 2 paint colors. The remailing parts of all units use the courts 2 paint colors uniformly on all 3 buildings.
For 2025, owners are in the process of choosing a "new" color to replace the dark blue gray color used on the units/buildings. The goal is to find a color most home improvement stores carry when wanting to update exteriors with permanent replacement products used on windows, siding, soffits and so on. Please contact the Chair of Architecture if you would like to learn more about this.
Owners are responsible for the maintenance of their own units exteriors, following the courts current color standards (see below). Please review the Architectural & Landscape Controls in WGHA Bylaws found on this website for more information.
All 3 buildings roofs are shingled in the same colored shingle. A single unit in a building is not allowed to re-shingled on its own. Please see the WGHA Bylaws, found on this website, for more information on re-roofing and repairs.
To preserve the architectural integrity and aesthetic consistency of the court, any modifications to the current exteriors of the units, garages, or fencing must receive prior approval from the Architecture Committee by submitting a Architecture Change Request on the WGHA website under Residents/Request Forms.
