Located at 7300 South Street, Briar Glynn is a cozy court of 14 units distributed across three distinct buildings. While all three buildings share a cohesive design aesthetic—featuring a uniform dark brown color on all exterior surfaces excluding the siding and garage doors—each building stands out with its own unique color on siding and garage doors. These color variations help distinguish the buildings from one another while maintaining an overall harmonious appearance.
Owners are responsible for the maintenance of their own units exteriors, following the courts current color standards (see below). Please review the Architectural & Landscape Controls in WGHA Bylaws found on this website for more information.
All 3 buildings roofs are shingled in the same colored shingle. A single unit in a building is not allowed to re-shingled on its own. Please see the WGHA Bylaws found on this website for more information on re-roofing and repairs.
To preserve the architectural integrity and aesthetic consistency of the court, any modifications to the current exteriors of the units, garages, or fencing must receive prior approval from the Architecture Committee by submitting a Architecture Change Request on the WGHA website under Residents/Request Forms.
