Situated at 7410 Old Post Road, Wellington Court holds the distinction of being the first court to be constructed as part of the expansive Wellington Greens development. This handsome court consists of 17 unique units spread across four distinct buildings, each showcasing its own individual architectural style. From the choice of materials to the variety of paint color schemes and roofing styles, every unit exudes its own personality, contributing to a rich tapestry of diverse design elements.
Homeowner guidelines to keep Chatham Park Court looking its best:
- Individual units in each of the 4 buildings are unique in exterior architectural style, except for the roofing shingle.
- If an owner wants to change any exterior feature on their unit, garage or fence, please contact the architecture committee in advance for guidance to ensure a harmonious look in the court.
- All 4 buildings are roofed in the same color and type of laminate shingle.
- When reroofing is needed on an individual unit the entire building it is located in needs to reroof at the same time, not the entire court. This ensures other units roofs in the same building aren't compromised. Please work with the owners in the building when reroofing is needed. Please read the general rules for roofing in the WGHA Bylaws.
- If the court wants to change the color & type of shingles used, please contact the architecture committee in advance for guidance.
- It's always a good idea to read through the current WGHA Bylaws, located under Association on this website, to be informed of the associations expectations.
