Thank you for your interest in renting out the clubhouse! The clubhouse may be rented by residents and non-residents of Wellington Greens. Please read the following information and fill out the request form below.
Rent is broken down into three time slots: Before noon, noon to 5:00 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
Residents pay $50 for one time slot, $75 for two time slots and $100 for three time slots.
Non-Residents pay $100 for one time slot, $150 for two time slots and $200 for three time slots.
Rental time includes setup and cleanup. The reserving party shall be responsible for vacuuming and cleaning after the event.
If there is damage, the repairs or required maintenance we will notify you and send an invoice for any necessary work.
The key must be returned within 24 hours of the event to the Administrative Assistant.
BE AWARE:
- The golf course is not part of the rental agreement.
- All activities will be inside the clubhouse after 10:00 p.m.
- Bars must be hosted and all guests consuming alcohol must be of legal age.
- No loud or disruptive events will be permitted. The Board reserves the right to terminate events at its discretion.
- The clubhouse is a smoke free facility. Smoking material is not to be thrown off the balcony.
