Annual Meeting - The Annual Meeting of Wellington Greens HOA will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 starting at 2:00
p.m. at the Aldersgate Church located at 84th Street and South Street. One item of business will be election of people to serve on our Board.
Clubhouse Remodeling: The clubhouse will not be rented in September and October for remodeling. Card players should check on a day-to-day basis to see if construction has begun. Card players may use the clubhouse until construction begins.
Remember: For your safety and security keep your garage door closed unless you're working nearby, keep garbage cans in your garage except on pickup days, and only one car per resident may be parked in the court public areas.
