Clubhouse At Wellington Greens

Our Clubhouse has been remodeled.

Whether it’s a birthday or graduation party, a wedding shower, a special family gathering or a business meeting, the Wellington Greens Clubhouse offers a comfortable place for gatherings up to 60 people and was just recently remodeled. Located at 7600 Old Post Road, the main level of the clubhouse is accessible and is reached from a circular drive off of Old Post Road, just south of South Street. Some parking is available outside the door as well as along the street.  The main level of the clubhouse includes a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and generous serving counter, an accessible bathroom, tables and chairs, a flat screened TV, and access to a small balcony. The lower level of the clubhouse includes additional bathrooms, a small gathering space and another refrigerator. There also is access to an outdoor area for picnics and gatherings.

The clubhouse may be rented by residents and non-residents of Wellington Greens.  A rental contract must be signed. To rent the clubhouse, contact our Administrative Assistant at wdonmc@gmail.com or 402-904-5292.  Then you will receive information on getting a key to the clubhouse.

There are three time slots available with a rental fee for each.  Before 11:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 5:00 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m.  You may rent one, two or three time slots.

For residents of Wellington Greens, before 11:00 AM is $20; 11:AM to 5 PM is $40 and after 5 PM is $40. 

For non-residents of Wellington Greens, before 11:00 AM is $60, 11:00 AM to 5 PM is $120 and after 5 PM is $120

You may rent one, two or three time slots and the time slots must include time for setup and for vacuuming and cleaning after the event. 

A damage deposit of $100 is required for residents or $200 for non-residents, which will be returned (or your check voided) after inspection of the clubhouse and there is no damage.  If there is damage, the repairs or required maintenance will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the expense of repairs or maintenance, the remainder will be collected from the reserving party.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the damage deposit and signed rental contract.  This includes everyone.

The key must be returned within 24 hours of the event to the Administrative Assistant with a check for the exact amount owed. 

BE AWARE:

• The golf course is not part of the rental agreement.
• All activities will be inside the clubhouse after 10:00 p.m.
• Bars must be hosted and all guests consuming alcohol must be of legal age.
• No loud or disruptive events will be permitted.  The Board reserves the right to terminate events at its discretion.
• The fireplace is decorative, no fires or trash.
• The clubhouse is a smoke free facility.  Smoking material is not to be thrown off the balcony.
