Clubhouse at Wellington Greens

Come celebrate life at the Clubhouse!

Whether you're planning a birthday celebration, graduation party, wedding or baby shower, family gathering, or business meeting, the Wellington Greens Clubhouse provides a warm and welcoming space designed to accommodate up to 60 guests. Recently remodeled, the clubhouse offers a fresh, inviting atmosphere for a variety of events.

Conveniently located at 7600 Old Post Road, just south of South Street, the main level is fully accessible and easily reached via a circular drive. A balcony off the back side offers offers additional entertaining space as weather allows. Limited parking is available directly outside the entrance, with additional space along the street.

Inside, the main level features a well-equipped kitchen complete with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a generous serving counter—ideal for preparing and serving food. Guests will also find an accessible restroom, a comfortable arrangement of tables and chairs, a flat-screen television, and access to a small balcony that provides a pleasant outdoor view.

The lower level of the clubhouse adds even more flexibility, offering additional restrooms, a cozy gathering area, and a second refrigerator for extra convenience. This level also opens to an outdoor space perfect for picnics or casual gatherings under the open sky.

Whether hosting a formal function or a relaxed get-together, the Wellington Greens Clubhouse is a versatile venue that blends comfort, accessibility, and charm.

The clubhouse may be rented by residents and non-residents of Wellington Greens. To rent the clubhouse, contact our Administrative Assistant at wdonmc@gmail.com or 402-904-5292.   

There are three time slots available with a rental fee for each.  Before 11:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 5:00 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m.  You may rent one, two or three time slots.

Rental fees for residents of Wellington Greens: before 11:00 AM is $20; 11:AM to 5 PM is $40 and after 5 PM is $40. 

Rental fees for non-residents of Wellington Greens: before 11:00 AM is $60, 11:00 AM to 5 PM is $120 and after 5 PM is $120

You may rent one, two or three time slots and the time slots must include time for setup and for vacuuming and cleaning after the event. 

A damage deposit of $100 is required for residents or $200 for non-residents, which will be returned (or your check voided) after inspection of the clubhouse and there is no damage.  If there is damage, the repairs or required maintenance will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the expense of repairs or maintenance, the remainder will be collected from the reserving party.

Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the damage deposit and signed rental contract.  This includes Residents & Non-residents. After signing the required rental contract, rental information will be provided.

The key must be returned within 24 hours of the event to the Administrative Assistant with a check for the exact amount owed. 

BE AWARE:

  • The golf course is not part of the rental agreement.
  • All activities will be inside the clubhouse after 10:00 p.m.
  • Bars must be hosted and all guests consuming alcohol must be of legal age.
  • No loud or disruptive events will be permitted.  The Board reserves the right to terminate events at its discretion.
  • The fireplace is decorative, no fires or trash.
  • The clubhouse is a smoke free facility.  Smoking material is not to be thrown off the balcony.
